Silberzahn style attends LFWkend

London Fashion Weekend falls under the British Fashion Councils event schedule giving the opportunity to ‘regular’ people to shop from London Fashion Week designers, listen to talks from industry experts and experience trend and or Designer Fashion Shows.

Immediately following London Fashion Week, the general public can shop till they drop and pick up some fabulous bargains and limited edition designer pieces.

Silberzahn Style at LFWKEND

This years covetable canvas bag was created by Sophia Webster, whose talk, I had the pleasure of attending. (Transcript coming shortly!) Packed with treats, including drinks, popcorn, hair and beauty products, as well as magazines and such this years’ bag was particularly lovely.

Silberzahn Style loves Sophia WebsterThe variety of product available to shop was excellent, and with my sights set on new shoes, I fell in love immediately with these chestnut brown beauties by Seven Boot Lane. The perfectly named Hawaii mid-calf boot offers the ideal on-trend silhouette for the autumn.  The block heel combines with a point toe and subtle western detailing to make a stunning day-to-night boot. Beautiful hand-finished Spanish leather.  I can’t wait to style them with multiple outfits.

Spoiling myself rotten, I treated myself to a second pair of shoes, these lovelies created by Rose Rankin. I met Rose, the year before and had planned to order them for my boutique, so I was really pleased to spot the designer wearing this actual design! A great addition to my autumn casual wardrobe. An interview with Rose is in the pipeline and I can’t wait to share more about this designer with you soon.

London Fashion Weekend has a fairly complicated ticketing system, which does mean you need to pay to attend and to shop, but with the majority of the brands offering very generous discounts, you quickly redeem the cost of your ticket. This year I opted for a silver ticket which allowed me to attend a trend led fashion show and enjoy a tote bag filled with goodies and delicious snacks which fuelled the shopping. I also bolted on the opportunity to attend the talk with Sophia Webster which was definitely worth it. A luxe ticket allows you front row tickets to the shows, access to the Luxe lounge – canapés and champagne included as well as a private talk. A real treat, but at up to £200 an expensive one!
